Personalized nutrition plans typically follow nutritional testing. They can help with specific dietary changes, correct nutritional insufficiencies, and adjust the diet to eliminate foods the individual is intolerant or allergic to.

Personalised nutrition plans are also available to peri-menopausal women and those wishing to lose weight.
Adult ADHD screening

This session takes approximately 2.5 hours and involves careful and detailed screening for adult ADHD using the CAADID Structured Clinical Interview (Conners’ Adult ADHD Diagnostic Interview for DSM-VTM) (Epstein et al., 2001); Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale-V1.1 (ASRS-V1.1) Symptoms Checklist from the World Health Organization (WHO) Composite International Diagnostic Interview (Kessler et al., 2005) and Depression Anxiety and Stress scales (DASS) (Lovibond & Lovibond, 1995).

A developmental and medical history is also taken. The findings are written into a professional referral letter for diagnostic evaluation.
Child ADHD and/or brain health screening

This session involves screening for ADHD and related conditions using the Children's Interview for Psychiatric Syndromes (ChIPS), the Conners Parent/Teacher Rating Scales, and other standardized psychological questionnaires.
Adult brain health screening

This session provides a comprehensive brain health screening and includes a detailed medical, developmental, educational and nutritional history evaluation.
Gut health including stool test analysis
A detailed medical history and analysis of GI symptoms will be conducted.
This evaluation includes a Comprehensive GI stool analysis to establish the following:

Microbiome: Evaluates the balance of beneficial and potentially harmful bacteria, yeasts, and other microbes in the gut.

Digestion and Absorption: Measures digestion efficiency and absorption of nutrients, including fats, carbohydrates, and proteins.

Inflammation: This test detects markers of gut inflammation, which can be indicative of conditions like inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Pathogens: Identifies the presence of bacteria, viruses, and parasites that can cause digestive issues.

Following the stool test results, a personalized gut health restoration plan will be provided, and follow-up sessions will be scheduled in 6 and 12 weeks.
Food allergy/intolerance testing

Food intolerance/allergy testing is a useful tool to recognise which foods may be contributing to gut health and in turn brain health.

A comprehensive IgG test will examine low, intermediate and high reactivity scores to 283 food sources
